Massage Therapy at the Body Therapy Clinic is now located in Wollstonecraft. The West Lindfield Clinic is closed.
Yoga classes are now being held at The Girl Guides Hall in Turners Reserve, Gladstone Pde, Lindfield and on Saturdays at West Lindfield Community Centre. All classes will still be live streamed on Zoom
OUR STORY
The Body Therapy Clinic was established in West Lindfield in February, 2000 and is the culmination of a dream of husband and wife Mark and Iris Wainer.
The clinic offers therapeutic healing in a warm, caring environment. There is a need to take care of oneself in a society that is very fast moving and stressful. Stress and tension cause the body to perform below its optimum level. For Sports people, who are constantly needing the body to perform at its peak and keep injury to a minimum, regular body work is essential.
The Body Therapy Clinic offers to people of all ages, with varied needs, a place to come and receive the appropriate body therapy.
